If you are familiar with spreadsheets in Excel, you will be pleasantly surprised with the Edit in List option, which allows you to edit data without opening the individual participant entry.

The role-based access control of EMS1 provides for a very intricate system of privileges—specific users may be allowed to only edit or copy certain attributes.

Furthermore, if you value information privacy, the logging module allows you to see at a glance which data was copied or exported by any user.

We provide plugins for every task—from the organizing committee and security modules to seating arrangements and business contact exchange. Every plugin may further be fine-tuned to fit the needs of every specific event perfectly.

EMS1 users are provided with tools to preview and email or text their messages for the target audience.

The functionality also allows for bulk mailing, automated messages and a way to check whether messages were read by potential participants.

The Contract Management module is a simple way to automate all stages of the process, from compiling documents to settling participation fees. It allows you to:

• quickly draft contracts based on existing templates;
• easily check and automatically update bank details via online services;
• send hard copies of documents to other parties;
• integrate with accounting software and payment gateways;
• accept money transfers via cash register.

The platform has a wide variety of tools to compile statistical reports on the event with various helpful charts and diagrams.

The system reports may be altered to display only specific values, which would then be reflected in the aforementioned visual aids.

The list of parameters may be set manually, or by using a preset algorithm, depending on the customer requirements.

Optionally, users can select integrated reports on:

• participants accreditation and badges delivery;
• passing through the access control points;
• duplicates;
• requests received and new enrollments;
• payments.

All users get access to the Scheduler that can be personalized to send the required reports at specified times.

The Accreditation plugin is a simple way to create and print out a badge, following the preset algorithm, based on the type and category of a specific participant.

Depending on the chosen package, you are able to:

• print out badges on special paper cards with the option to print QR codes or barcodes;
• print out badges and program RFID tags;
• print out vehicle passes on special paper cards;
• print out vehicle passes and program RFID tags.

The platform also sends a notification when certain conditions prevent the printing of a pass or a badge (e.g. security check failures, participation fee payment, and other preset parameters).

Certain components of the Badge/Vehicle Pass Creation, Bulk Printing and Blocking module may be used whenever printing a large number of badges.

The Event Access Control plugin was developed incorporating RFID technology.
