The Russian Investment Forum is a long-standing platform for presentation and promotion of investment opportunities and the economic potential of the Russian Federation.
The Forum was supported and attended by Dmitry Medvedev, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The event organizers implemented the EMS1 Platform to successfully automate all key processes throughout the preparation stage and the course of the event. To achieve the goals set forth by the organizers, EMS1 specialists incorporated more than 50 software plugins, some of which were developed specifically for the needs of the Russian Investment Forum 2019.
The use of EMS1 provided the effective processing of participants data during preparation for the event. The automated mailing capabilities for invitations and notifications provided for prompt notification of participants and attendees about upcoming events. In total, more than 260,000 messages were sent automatically with the help of the bulk mailing plugin.
EMS1 also proved indispensable when automatically drafting contracts for the event participation. Overall, 60 types of contracts were created for the Forum, and 2,348 contracts were concluded automatically with the help of the software.
To issue and print out more than 21,000 badges, 31 workplaces were set up across 4 locations in Moscow, Krasnodar and Sochi; also, special accreditation centers were set up, along with accreditation desks in hotels, airports and railway stations.
The event venue had 6 handheld access control devices and 29 indoor checkpoints based on RFID technology. Throughout the Forum, the access control system registered more than 74,000 entries through automated access control checkpoints.
