The event was organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic with the support of the Roscongress Foundation.
The event was set to coincide with the official visit of Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation.
The event organization was assisted by the extensive capabilities of the EMS1 software. The company specialists implemented more than 10 software modules to assure success of the event.
This decision significantly simplified and expedited the processing of participants data during preparation for the event. The automated mailing module that was used for the event allowed to inform participants and attendees about upcoming events in a timely manner via notifications and messages. In total, more than 1,600 letters were sent via the automated bulk mailing plugin.
To issue and print out more than 600 badges, 6 workplaces were set up within the venue.
