The event followed in the footsteps of the first International Cybersecurity Congress in 2018, and became one of the largest events of the year in the industry. The event program included a variety of plenary sessions, panel discussions, roundtable discussions and sessions, all of which were attended by representatives of government authorities, Russian and foreign businesses, regulatory bodies and experts in modern-day cybersecurity issues.
In order to hold this international congress at the expected level, the EMS1 software—developed in Russia—was used to handle organizational issues throughout the event, including access control, informing participants, and other tasks related to smooth organization of the event. A total of 43 modules were used in the event, both standard ones and unique plugins developed specifically for each particular task.
Throughout the preparation stage, invited guests and participants were sent automated messages with information on the event program, participation conditions and upcoming events. In total, 149,776 automated messages were sent before and during the event. Participation contracts were prepared using templates built into the contract preparation module, which significantly reduced the time required for their conclusion. Overall, a total of 139 contracts of 45 different types were prepared by the software.
To provide for the accreditation of participants, 29 automated workplaces were set up to issue and print out 4,305 badges in total. Access control and security modules were also used throughout the event:
The #1 Event Management System was successfully implemented to handle organizational issues throughout the course of the event and during its preparation, simplifying and optimizing various tasks.
