ARWE 2019 International Forum on Renewable Energy is the largest B2B event that includes a Congress, a Trade Show and a Technology Tour for industry specialists.
Its goal is to promote the development of renewable energy resources in Russia and develop solutions for optimal cooperation within the framework of localization programs between suppliers and key customers of the industry.
The Forum has the support of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Roscongress Foundation and ULNANOTECH Nanotechnology Center in Ulyanovsk.
The event organizers implemented the EMS1 software, which proved invaluable by automating multiple key processes on the preparation stage. More than 20 software plugins were used by specialists on the EMS1 team to assure success and efficiency of the event.
This decision significantly simplified and expedited the processing of participant data during preparation for the event. The automated mailing module that was used for the event allowed to inform participants and attendees about upcoming events in a timely manner via notifications and messages. In total, more than 2,000 messages were sent with the help of the automated bulk mailing plugin.
EMS1 also proved indispensable when automatically drafting contracts for the event participation. Overall, 30 types of contracts were created for the Forum, and 28 contracts were concluded automatically with the help of the software.
To issue and print out more than 500 badges, 5 workplaces were set up within the venue.
