The event organizers incorporated the unified EMS1 Platform to efficiently automate all the key processes of the business conference. The company specialists implemented more than 30 software plugins to ensure success of the event.
The use of EMS1 significantly simplified and expedited the processing of participants data during preparation for the event. The automated bulk mailing capabilities for invitations and notifications provided for timely notification of participants about upcoming events. In total, more than 1,000 messages were sent automatically with the help of the bulk mailing plugin.
To issue and print out more than 2,000 badges, 22 workplaces were set up across 2 locations in Sochi; special accreditation centers were set up, along with accreditation desks.
8 indoor checkpoints were set up to control access to the venue. Throughout the event, the access control system registered more than 9,000 entries through automated access control checkpoints.
