These annual events of the event management industry help to find and develop new business opportunities and significantly improve event industry professionals’ expertise.
The event organizers implemented the EMS1 software, which proved invaluable by automating multiple key processes on the preparation stage. The following plugins were implemented for the event organization:
• accreditation plugin;
• participants management plugin;
• the Forum access control plugin;
• the Forum access control system monitoring plugin.
To issue and print out more than 900 badges, 4 workplaces were set up within the venue,
and 6 handheld access control devices were used. Throughout the event, the access control system registered more than 2,000 entries through automated access control checkpoints.
