As is tradition, at the start of the new year, the Presidential Academy plays host to renowned scientists, government officials, public figures, statesmen and businessmen from all over the globe.
Every year, the Gaidar Forum brings together innovators and dignitaries who influence and promote social and economic development of their respective regions and states, and the world as a whole.
The event organizers implemented the EMS1 Platform to successfully automate multiple key processes throughout the preparation stage and the course of the event. The company specialists implemented more than 30 software plugins to ensure success of the Forum.
To issue and print out more than 14,000 badges, 22 workplaces were set up across 2 locations in Moscow. In addition, special accreditation centers were set up, along with accreditation desks.
The event venue had 3 turnstiles and 20 indoor checkpoints to control access to the event venue. Throughout the Forum, the access control system registered more than 70,000 entries through automated access control checkpoints.
The automated mailing capabilities for invitations and notifications provided for timely notification of participants about upcoming events. In total, more than 63,000 messages were sent automatically with the help of the bulk mailing plugin.
Throughout the course of the event, 752 vehicle passes were issued.
