The Russia House in Davos

On January 21–25, 2019, the Russia House organizers in Davos, Switzerland implemented the EMS1 software to make sure that the event ran smoothly.

Russia House in Davos proved its effectiveness throughout the years as a platform to promote Russian initiatives among representatives of international business and government circles that come to Davos for the World Economic Forum.

The event organizers implemented the EMS1 software, which proved invaluable by automating multiple key processes on the preparation stage.

The following plugins were implemented for the event organization:

  • accreditation plugin;
  • participants management plugin;
  • call center plugin;
  • bulk mailing plugin;
  • organizational committee plugin, and more.

To issue and print out more than 1,000 badges, a workplace was set up within the venue.

The automated mailing module that was used for the event allowed to inform participants and attendees about upcoming events in a timely manner via notifications and messages. In total, more than 14,000 messages were sent automatically with the help of the bulk mailing plugin.

The #1 Event Management System is a program, fully developed in Russia, that provides for complete automation of business processes.
