For more than 20 years, this conference has been attended by well-renowned speakers from different countries and provides its attendees with an opportunity to participate in various events, including plenary sessions, seminars and forums. Each of them presents an amazing opportunity to establish new contacts and find new partnerships. The program of the event includes meetings with representatives of large businesses and government officials.
The organization of events on this level has to be meticulously planned and carried out. The unified EMS1 Platform, fully developed in Russia, is a powerful tool that enabled the successful resolution of a number of organizational issues and completion of a number of tasks that arose during the preparation stage and throughout the course of the event. To automate processes, 38 software plugins were implemented—several of them were developed specifically for this event.

In total, the mass mailing system sent 24,586 messages.
16 workplaces were set up to register participants in the main venue of the event, Radisson Collection Moscow hotel. 4,391 badges were issued throughout the event.
The EMS1 system also provided a way to automate access control to the event venue with the help of 12 indoor checkpoints.
Overall, the access control system registered 40,039 entries at the checkpoints.
